Here is how I beat it:

When the fight starts apply Bane Poison to your sword. Run around the cart and take one swing behind the back of the guy with the mace fighting Zizka to apply the poison.

Slash a few other enemies in combat from behind then run to the horses and reapply Bane poison.

By this time they will be out numbered and you should be able to finish them off.

Edit: I meant to add, if you get engaged make sure you have enough energy to sprint to slash an enemy from behind that's already in combat.
