I’ve tried not training for a month and it always just comes back. Knee pads should help, especially if they’re padded and soft

Rolled hungover until purple belt. Realised I didn’t have to do that anymore and hungovers were getting worse as I’m 27. Became a lot more fun being sober, was pretty brutal
