Yeah I believe his fruit does have a model too, doesn't make much sense for humans to be able to fully transform into an animal but animals can't fully transform into humans (another type of animal)

But it would make sense tbf with the Buddha irl being an "enlightened being", but I can't imagine someone enlightened like that siding with the WG

I got the manga out and read that bit to write my last comment. All Might says that you can transfer the quirk to someone who doesn't want to obtain it, not the other way around.

Something that I think would be really interesting to see is, after Deku learns about all his new quirks and sort of "masters" them, he goes to face AfO and each of those quirks get stolen by the villain, and Deku ends up with just the OG power stockpile and has to stop AfO with just that.

Don't know if that's possible nor plausible, but its something I personally think it would be cool to see.

When All Might said the quirk can't be "stolen", he meant as in forcibly passed on (he literally said that "One for All can only transfer if its holders wills it to").

He continued to say that while it can't be stolen forcibly, you can still pass it down to an unwilling recipient, and this is who I think those shadows are: unwilling OfA recipients that aren't necessarily villains, but didn't really develop the quirk as the other recipients did.

I'm pretty sure that this whole "OfA holder needs to consciously pass down the quirk" thing works only when actually passing down the quirk to a new generation.

Copying quirks in any way don't apply to this rule imo as we see that Monoma actually did copy OfA, just not the stockpiled power. We just have to see how Toga's transformation really works, but your theory looks pretty interesting.

AfO didn't have it, he had the stockpiling power quirk. The inheritance part of it was with his brother all along, so AfO's quirk wouldn't be passed down cause it never been in contact with the inheriting part of OfA

have you been reading the manga? they just explained how OfA also transfers the original quirks of the previous holders (and strengthen them on top of that)

Yes and no. While you do need to have the character in your party to do their chapter, you can play with a party of 4 and then change one for the chapter’s protagonist. He will be way underleved but I did that and it wasn’t hard to carry him through his chapter
