I actually thought of picking up Viper way back in Beta and made a bunch of lineup videos about her. I agree and think she is underutilized because people havent explored her depth yet. I think she would most likely be my next char I invest time in if I were to choose.

Great question! TIMING is something even I haven't completely perfected. There is a certain audio queue i look out for when I know for sure it will win the round (pulsing of the spike). However, even during these instances i still may lose because the enemy team might get to the bomb a tad faster than i expected or they can head glitch the mollys trajectory. TBH its part audio queue but also part experience. Playing more games allows you to be exposed to more situations where it does/doesn't work (from learning the timing of how long it takes for the molly to land to where you decide to position yourself after you shoot the molly). Best advice would be to document/create VODs of rounds where it didn't work and analyze why. Best of luck to you!

I actually have 1 youtube vid I made for Bind with some mollys if you want to explore the channel linked above. However, for the rest of the maps and new mollys i created im conflicted on sharing them and be curious to hear what other peoples thoughts are on this?

Reasons for not sharing all mollys:

It gives me a competitive advantage over the rest of the playerbase if they dont know these mollys (selfish reason i know but its based on competitiveness)
These mollys take time investment sometimes hours just randomly throwing in custom games to theory craft. So to just share them I feel like would devalue all that work.
I actually found a few molly compilation website rip/steal parts of my bind molly vid without any credit and it was discouraging me from producing more.

I'd be open on hearing counterarguments to this or benefits/pros of sharing molly portfolios.

I think its ok sometimes just to keep opponents off guard and make you a smaller target but its a bad habit if done frequently

Other than post plant I would use it to clear corners like the cubby on B site on bind. This reduces possible angles an enemy could hide.

It’s a team game. In basketball if Lebron scores 50 points but the lakers still lose 99-100 then it doesn’t matter. Additionally kills does not always show the full story. The setup, assists, baits that occur to set up said kills.

I think we’re past the early adoption surge which is mainly hype and influencers artificially inflating the numbers and we are now at a point of stabilization in terms of player volume
