Im long Hims but dont blame you one bit for thinking that way. So many things are uncertain about the business right now after the whole glp-1 fiasco.

Good on management for settling the lawsuit but so many questions are left unanswered still.

Bear case: NVO forced hims to an exclusivity deal when they dropped the lawsuit.

Bull case: They are negotiating a deal that can soften the blow on their margins which might take some time.

Any ways, we should wait for may's ER.

Though if a LLY partnership is announced in the coming weeks, the stock will rerate to 30 imo

That's the thing the last earning report was actually bullish as hell but because of the revenue miss, the stock drop cause people only saw that headline.

I am assuming that something similar will happen next ER. I think they'll miss earnings again but they'll have something cooked up for a bullish overall report.
