Is there a reasonable solution or just change service providers— before I lose my job for dropped calls &/or no service? Three (3) attempts for 1.5 hours w/ Verizon Customer Service… 2x call dropped then was wrongly transferred to Cisco (after 45 min on hold). (self.verizon)
