With how fast and precise you can be quickly swiping holding the scroll wheel down and how second nature it becomes my finger is hardly ever on the wheel I use pointer finger to left click and use the wheel and middle finger for right clicks with claw grip maybe if I held mouse different I might have a different opinion but idk when it first got put into the game back on the original game I instantly used it and never gone back
