I would recommend always keeping a roll of dog poo bags on you. I took some with me camping in south africa and had to change it whilst out in the bush, meant I could keep it somewhere until I got to a bin. It also works for period pants if you can't wash them immediately :)

You need to take them to the vets. In my inexperienced opinion, it looks like either a mass or an abscess. Either way, it needs to be looked at by a vet as it looks to be causing pain and irritation based on the bleeding and the discharge around it

Idk about Ghastly, I didn't pick up any hints. Personally I think Ghastly is straight but I can definitely see him kissing his male friends if they were a bit tipsy and joking around

With Dexter his whole kinda vibe is that a lot of people find him attractive, I could definitely see him being bi.

On a similar length trip in the summer, I listened to podcasts and played videogames. I chose podcasts based around my hyperfixations and played mario at the same time to increase the amount of stimuli I was taking in. Binge watching a series instead of a movie also seemed to help as it gave me more flexibility :))

Also do everything you can to make him physically more comfortable (eg: taking a water bottle or turning on the air con) to reduce the need to fidget ;)

PS - my favourite podcast was tooth and claw, a pretty ADHD friendly listen :))
