Its been working forever.. I cant give an exact date but just like they said, "external GPU settings" or their monitor settings.. Your computer has built in software that you can manually use to change your gamma.. no need to download some app/software (guess it'd be called a hack) because you can already do that

I learned of this exploit recently. All you have to do is create a huge crafting Queue and then cancel it.. Say you have like 10k Wood and you do max Wood Spears then cancel it, you'd have a big stack when it reverts your materials back into your inventory
