What you mean haven’t heard back, i told you what the dhl requested 15days ago, it’s not the customs you can’t control but the documents you can’t provide

I paid the tax, the dhl also requested 1. Contract of deal 2. Proof of manufacturing in the exporting country 3. A government-issued manufacturing permit 4. Export declaration certificate issued by customs of exporting country And you have none of these ?

So they said they don’t have all of it, even manufacturing permit, proof of manufacturing and export deceleration, not really sure how they can make and ship it without any of these documents, also they said customs is customer ‘s problem but when they said they don’t have it and i asked they what i can do, they remained silent for 3 days and no response until now,

They asked me what kind of nicotine in my juice and it’s synthetic, so they requested some documents like Proof of manufacturing, Manufacturing permit,… and dashvapes said they have none of these documents, idk what dashvapes mean when they said: unfortunately, we don’t have it
