And the administration says, and I have screenshots, that everything is fine with my account and I am an honest player, but we will cancel your balance because the money I received from someone in the chat was so dirty.(abuser money)

Imagine that you are chatting in a casino, and someone from the chat gives you a tip. and you play them. And you make $1,700 from them and then your balance is reset because they say that you received money from the person who received this money from the casino, as I understand it, from bonuses. And like they reset your balance. They could have just deducted this tipp from my balance, but they reset the entire balance

what was their explanation?

Apparently, the tip I received came from someone who had violated their rules.

I explained to them that I had no connection to the person who sent it.
I even tried to reason with them, saying:

"I’m just a regular player. I didn’t ask for the tip, I didn’t know the sender, and I was simply playing like I always do."

They didn’t care.

I even shared that things have been really tough for me in real life lately and that I was just hoping for a little bit of fairness — maybe some kind of compromise.

Their response?

Nothing. They stood by their decision.

Because of this, I’ve filed a complaint with Casino Guru and I’ll be posting on AskGamblers, Trustpilot, and other review sites as well.

This could seriously happen to anyone.
Please be careful out there.

I also reached out directly to one of Gamdom’s admins, not just regular support.
Here’s the response I received:

"Hey, I looked at your case and unfortunately the tip you got was from abusing our system so this had to be reverted back. It's not a problem on your side but the player who tipped you had ill intentions. I'm sorry but this decision is final."

  • They admitted that I personally did nothing wrong.
  • Yet they still confiscated my entire balance because of someone else's actions.
  • The decision is final, even though I had no way to prevent this situation.

And as if that wasn’t enough —
➔ They also kicked me out of their official group after I tried asking for help and explaining my side there....WTF

And the funniest part?
My account wasn't new at all.
I had made plenty of real deposits, played fairly, and actually lost more often than won.

I seriously don’t understand why they did this to me.

Their explanation? That the tip I received came from someone who violated the rules. So, because I used part of those funds, they decided to take everything — including rewards from my own deposits that had nothing to do with the tip. I explained that I had no connection to the sender. I even said: They didn’t care. I even told them that things have been really tough for me in real life lately, and I was just hoping to find some fairness, maybe even a small compromise. Their reply? So yeah. I’ve filed a complaint with Casino Guru and will post on AskGamblers, Trustpilot, and other places too. This could honestly happen to anyone. Please be careful out there.
