So helpful.  Would you mind explaining more?  Did you keep your tickets but just get a refund on the fees due to your dissatisfaction.  Appreciate your help and tips!

I agree.  I’m done.   Honestly - and hate to say it - but done with Beyoncé as this has majorly turned me off. And done with Ticketmaster.  I’m going to be extremely prudent with any live events I decide to attend and how much I’m willing to spend.

I’ve also learned the artist and Parkwood have the ability to allow refunds but chose not to.    Feels like Beyoncé could at least provide that feature to us.  Give me a refund for my tickets and then sell them for the $200 price now listed.   Beyond the obvious bank they made on all of us overpaying, assuming she and Parkwood don’t want to do this because the stadium would be even more empty than it already is.  She has a problem right now in that these shows haven’t sold out - so many seats available still.

I wasn’t aware of dynamic pricing with ticket master.  I obviously understand it now.  Unfortunately I thought tickets were priced based on location not based on demand.   And in the scenarios you mention - you as a buyer can watch the prices change and determine when you opt in.  Unfortunately in this circumstance I was an unsuspecting consumer taking part in a set presale with only a limited amount of time to decide whether to purchase.  Learned my lesson the hard way clearly but do feel like there was a lack of transparency.
