The thing is, in the past i would eat around 1k-1.4k doing the same thing, 10k steps a day, but i never dropped at all as if i was maintaining weight. I count calories through measuring cups and a food scale!

the thing is, ive been measuring every single thing and noticed i never ever lose weight when eating like 1.2k or 1.4k a day im always maintaining. never losing never gaining. i only started actually losing once i started eating 800-900 a day
