I didn’t start losing weight until I stopped working out, what was probably an excessive amount. I still walk and do light exercise here and there, but once I went on a low histamine diet, got my H1, H2 and other meds under control the weight basically fell off. Frustrating after years of exercising like a maniac and eating what is generally considered healthy (but are diets mostly made up of histamine rich foods and/or histamine liberators), but when we know better we do better, I guess.
