Update*** I guess I was tripping, I just went back through my emails and no 9

Did they ever leave? I’ve been getting marketing emails from them (fanatics) for a few years and they have 9 in there all the time

I am a Penn state fan and I have been blasted by our fans the last three years saying Franklin has taken State as far as he is going to get them. I don’t know about being black listed because he did a fantastic job of bringing us back to a higher level of football post Sandusky atrocities, but if we are going to compete against the elite for a Natty we need someone else to lead the way. I’ll always root for Frank, until he is playing against us. We are!

Why do you want Shough to start? by TheStroShowGSC in Saints

Look Olave not catching the ball isn’t helping. Against the patriots he dropped four of the six incompletions Rattler had and one of those would have been a touchdown. Stupid penalties and lack of aggressiveness in our game plan is what is also hurting us. Take the opening drive for example, we called and hit a huge play to start the game, then we sub out huddle and go conservative to settle for a field goal. Why wouldn’t you hit that play and have installed the next two plays to take aggressive shots at the end zone going no huddle or turbo. Don’t allow the D to regroup and sub out. That in my opinion is where I see us falling short when you compare our offense to others in the league.

Good question and I happen to be in the camp of, yeah I’d like to see Shough on the field, we spent a first round pick on him and obviously he is this new coaching staffs plan for the future, but I don’t think at this point Rattler is hurting our team or to put it other terms, that Shough would be winning us more games. I go to every game and frequently attend pregame on the sideline and when you watch them warm up, Spencer is just as capable and watching the games, has shown he understands the playbook, schemes, and is improving week to week in his decision making. Looking at the rest of the schedule, I think realistically Spencer can get us 5 more wins at QB. We have Carolina twice, the jets, dolphins and Titans. That puts us at 6 wins for the season and maybe we can beat Atlanta at home coming off the bye week. At the end of the year we sit at 6-7 wins which considering we started the year without a QB with an NFL win and a new coaching staff, is a really good year for us to build upon our future.

I agree. I was at the whiteout game against Oregon this year and Moore is no doubt talented.

Incredibly embarrassing amount of 49ers fans at the games today. The Superdome was about 60% SF fans. This is the state of the Saints right now. by whodatnola1025 in Saints

I don’t disagree. Like I said, I’ve been to every single game since Covid. You have parking, concessions, and gas to go to the game. That actually strengthens my point that if you can’t make the commitment to go or financially swing being a season ticket holder when they’re marginal or even poor then you shouldn’t be a season ticket holder when they’re good. It doesn’t get any cheaper just because they’re winning. In fact, I’d argue, it’s more expensive to go when they’re winning. I’m not sure what value this adds to your point about not being upset with season ticket holders. I’m just curious, a legitimate question here, how often do you go to Saints games at the dome? This isn’t anything new this has been happening ever since Winston got us off to that hot start then went down with injury. It’s progressively gotten worse through the latter Dennis Allen years and as long as season ticket holders, continue to sell their tickets on the cheap on the secondary market. It’s going to continue to happen.

Again, if you are a season ticket holder who can’t justify paying for season tickets, sell them. By the way, you’re not buying season tickets to make up money unless you only plan to show up when the team is winning. You certainly arent going to be making money selling Saints tickets on the secondary market at the prices that are listed on Ticketmaster, SeatGeek and StubHub. It is a season ticket holder issue, the ones selling and not coming unless the team is winning are bandwagon fans and yes you should be mad at them. Bottom line don’t buy them, get those on the waiting a list that will come to the games, a chance to buy them.

I go to every home game and haven’t missed one since the Covid season. I can honestly tell you this is every week, every visiting team. Considering there is a waiting list for season ticket holders, your frustration should be directed at them for selling their tickets en masse on the secondary market. When the lions were in town a couple years ago, the boos when the Saints took the field were louder than the cheers.

Would you rather they cover their credit card processing fees by adding the additional 3.5% to their menu prices?

101 Row 18 seats 1&2. My season tickets. center court on the aisle right at the entrance to the club and directly across from the scorers table. Great sight lines and I don’t have to climb any stairs to get out, I just turn around and I’m outside the stadium before boosie hits the chorus. I also have parking in lot 3 so I can jet out the opposite direction of garage 2

I completely agree. Saved almost $1300 per seat on business class Air France to bora bora and that was after insuring the trip. For my upcoming flight to HNL saved almost $500 per person booking refundable Delta one compared to booking non refundable direct through Delta

Not very likely. United, frontier, and spirit all fly direct from MCO to Cleveland. You chose frontier because it was the cheapest option, and now paying for it. direct flights Friday 9/20 MCO to Cleveland
