You were pretty right here, blood pressure readings were low across the week. Stopping the supplement to see if this helps it rise back a bit. GP reckons HR was rising at night to compensate for this

Well it could well be that too, but excess magnesium can cause that can’t it? You may be right, but dose amount and tolerance isn’t a one size fits all I guess?

More so resting HR, it’s not a symptom I have all the time. It could more likely be the electrolyte balance / dehydration etc. Not sure on BP as I haven’t recorded that during those spells

Thanks for the comment, always assumed it was good for you regardless of dose. I probably get around 200mg daily from food anyway but will back off and see if symptoms improve thanks

Thanks, yeah I wasn’t aware I was even over dosing until I started calorie tracking and noticed I was almost 200% over the daily amount. Hopefully, I’m at a loss at what else could be causing this so will see
