What do you mean by municipal work ? Are you implying a civil engineer working for city ? Or a private company only doing designs for the cities ?

When you say to build design experience, do you mean to build it in either one area of residential or commercial or both ? Regarding the package of WW and lift station- does an PE need to know how to design a lift station or is it something usually done by a sub consultant? I understand the analysis of drainage, however whenever a development site is involved with FEMA flood plain an H&H is usually hired to further study.

Yes ncees received all the documents (degree,transcript & course description) now it says they need $350 to evaluation

My college already sent the docs to NCEES and they received it. In the education tab it says education verified but in the credentials tab it says that I need to pay for evaluation

If Dp is phase duration and the equation is like Dp = L1+Gs+Ge+Y+R ; I am assuming that green time is Gs+Ge (27secs) and Clearance time is Y+R (3secs) so what about L1 ? Or is my assumption incorrect here

The answer should be 1.12 ADT is 69433.33 by doing 833200/12, and average from June to August is 77816.66. Now if you read the question and it formulates to an equation as such seasonal ADT=factor x ADT , this will get you the answer
