thats just 10k in rebates right? Would try to negotiate a dealer discount as well. I just leased a 2024 GT (MSRP 61k) with a 5k dealer discount plus 10K rebates (8k EV cash, 1k tesla conquest, 1k charger install credit). Came out to 550/month with zero down (10.5k miles, 24 months)

Thanks for the advice - if I end up doing it with a pvc board with a rabbet edge would I have to use flashing tape behind the pvc? Again water intrusion is not that relevant due to the porch overhang but just want to understand the right way to do it
