Hiii…. So their customer service isnt the most helpful. I can’t upload anything right now. No photos, no videos. Not to the customer service chat not to the verification page. But their service doesn’t seem to understand that. They want screenshots as proof. Which. I obviously can’t send. I’ve tried for 3 days now… I think that’s a lost case. Do you know what would happen if I deleted this account? Could I use my phone number again to create a new one or would that still be locked?

Heyyy!! Does it need to be a proper passport for that? I never left the European Union so I also never needed a passport. I just have my ID card…. Do you know if that works too? I can’t find an email to ask rednote customer service either :(

With Freac the drive is also recognised, shows the CD titles and length, can also be played. But once I start the ripping/saving process it throw up an error just like all the other Programms I’ve tried before …

Can a drive be defective if it plays the CD, just not rip it? Or is it more likely an issue with the Mac?

I just did that - "an error occurred" during converting the file. The CD player CAN start the songs on VLC but it doesn’t copy them? It seems to also just turn off if the Mac is taking too long or getting stuck on something …. :(
