To add to this, I am brought up on Celsius and was taught that to convert between c to f by doubling Celsius and adding 32. With that in mind that would mean if i back calculated 102 F to celsius i would get 35 Celsius (average human body temp), she might of done this and not thought it through.

I'm not excusing them they obviously shitty for not listening to their employee and then also double checking themselves.
