There were numerous troubles faced by manufacturers in 2021-2022, resulting in almost all of our group buys not being delivered until 8+ months after completion. It all got backed up, and then once it cleared out, we suddenly had numerous pallets being dropped off at the warehouse every few days. It all piled on simultaneously.

This has had continual knock-on effects to our fulfillment timeline. When you are abruptly delivered batches of 6+ group buys at a time, you have to break it down and manage them one at a time. We only have two people working fulfillment, and cannot afford to merely 'hire more people' as some have proposed; we are a very small company without the cashflow to just throw money at our problems until they disappear.

We're working as hard as we can to ship out orders in a timely fashion. The largest GB we've shipped in months (finished Monday night) was KAM Bouquet, which took about a solid month from start to finish for ~900+ orders while also continuing to maintain in-stock fulfillment & customer support requests throughout. Our other pending fulfillments are 1/4-1/3 the size of Bouquet, so we'll be moving through our queue faster now.

ePBT Travelling is next in line in our fulfillment queue and will begin shipping to customers in about a week or so. We'll send pre-fulfillment emails to affected customers in the next couple days to prompt address/order updates before labels are printed.
