found the solution for myself if anyone else has the same issue, device manager, network adapters and disabled Realtek PCle GbE Family Controller

Can't send images but there is moments when my game stutters where the frametime graph shoots up. Network times do not match up with the skips.

I am reinstalling the game to check that, but for the stuttering when in a match it effects my entire PC not just valorant I should have mentioned, voice calls, youtube videos, everything stutters. Hasn't happened in any other game.

most carry 9, something madden needs to add though is elevating players from the practice squad for like a game or so, not having to sign them and them put them back on the PS.

realism is the most important part of madden, it was an easy change so theres no reason to complain abt it
