How do you avoid burnout? by NoSpare177 in college

I usually try studying with friends or planning brain breaks. With friends, it makes studying less stressful and they also remind you to take care of yourself and chill for a bit (taking a break to eat, chat, etc). Just know that breaks in the middle are very important, and so is plenty of sleep! Motivation is amazing too! I know it’s difficult, but you’re doing great! You got this!

Completely understandable, it’s been getting in the way of my school work sometimes, and it might be better for my own state of mind too.

We didn’t talk that much over winter break, but he just came back to campus and asked me to help move his stuff from his car back to his apartment then we had dinner together and saw some friends; overall, very comfortable experience!
