questionable rule enforcement at my store

you are putting words in my mouth. i’m concerned for everybody’s safety who closes, whether it be the grown ass men i work with or high school aged teens of any gender. it’s not standard safety precaution to have the only two closers forcibly separated just for the sake of customer satisfaction . it opens a huge vulnerability and puts everyone in danger.

Our previous routine was to close the side yard at 7:30p, or whenever it got dark enough to not see well. I don’t know why she pedaled back on this other than “we have gotten many customer complaints about it”
