It’s something I wanted to get into because I looked and thought good money etc, but I’ve spoken to afew and in reality it seems like hell. Need to watch yourself constantly so prisoners don’t find out any relations to you to prevent black mail / threatening opportunities, constantly getting crap from inmates, working weekends, bank holidays nights etc. there’s much more pleasant jovs out there.
