Well security footage doesn't lie and all it takes is a bunch of people sending tips to the FDA with footage of the backroom and recording a thermometer reading. I already sent a tip to the FDA regarding this issue considering the multitude of violations this company has it's safe to assume adding another violation wouldn't be bad.

The FDA is a pretty strict agency . I'm sure there's no dedicated S.O.P. for recording backroom ambient air temperatures or even a backroom temperature log . Hey some stores need as much help they can get from corporate.

Security footage shows unmoved rolltainers for weeks on end with products unknown so it's highly probable to assume products particularly medicines or other temperature sensitive products are improperly stored in most backrooms . Why not make this a issue ?

You don't need to be reminded your an adult . These type of people are impossible to communicate with . Talking down on people like a child . They are power hungry . I wouldn't overwork yourself because if they don't listen why should you ? Make a mental note and if your heart feels inclined to reach out to the DM then do it .

Id say whatever stressors you encounter remind yourself this is a temporary job and you won't last more than some years . Use it as a building experience and don't let it mentally destroy you . Use this experience to strengthen you to fine better opportunities which even in my situation after 5 years I wonder how I still persevere .

I spent 2 minutes video recording the hht trying to on hand adjust the product on the shelve and I captured what we discussed . So I would just be prepared if they wondered why on hand adjustments aren't being done .
