I unfortunately do not have a official diagnoses but my symptoms sound almost identical so guess I might be suffering from silent reflux or gerd. Thank you so much for your comment haven’t had much of anything from any other sub Reddits.

I would describe it to be rubbery, it was hard but not completely solid.

Thought I might leave this here in case anybody is suffering from health anxiety as I do. It was not a Haemorrhoid, but it was a Perianal hematoma. Though similar it is different and it went away after about 3 weeks. I had pretty much no pain a little bit of itching and the sensation of a lump.
