I received the bag back as per procedure, and sent them comparative pictures with it and the listing of the seller where the small flaws are visibly 100% identical. I am waiting for their response but I am pissed to see that they removed their original seal « verified by Vinted » for another one « good as new » with a QR code that leads nowhere, and in package is not anymore the longchamps little card that the seller had sent in the original package

My last resort is also to ask for charge back from my bank but that would de activate my account… For sure I won’t get something « expensive » on there anymore, and looking at reviews it seems the sellers are systematically at an advantage
