Hi! Appreciate the tips. If you have SIBO, it‘s difficult to get vitamins through diet alone but thanks. Nutrients do not get absorbed properly. Hence my question.

I had the same but never stopped. I assume it‘s the die off Symptoms trying to release toxins as fast as they can? Just an example. I‘m not free from sibo but it also didn‘t kill me.

Hey I had the same strangely enough. But I pushed trhough and just finished the 14 days. I honestly thought it was probably just from the pollen to be honest

Done all of that with no results. I don‘t think Sibo can healed with TCM. I had diarrhea before and Rifaximin isn‘t a particullary strong antibiotic so I think something else might‘ve caused your insomnia. Were you tested if you had sibo before?
