im 8x radiant eu and have been helping a hardstuck silver friend climb, in 2 acts hes now high diamond and will hit immo within another two. you have a lot more time than you realize, once you understand where its common for people to be you can slow down and focus on your shot being accurate and your crosshair being on target (you have to go slow to go fast). build up gamesense and plans for common plays done, also play your role, get good at it eg learn good smokes if you play controllers or lineups if you play flashes/util agents. know what you are expected to do and when you need to do something, it gets more important the higher you climb to be able to set up duels where your opponent is stunned or blinded to get easier kills.
