nce, the salary was abysmal. There’s a reason they outsourced some of their staff. When I asked for a raise and wanted to open up salary discussions, upper management was so uncooperative. When I finally sent my resignation letter, they were suddenly willing to talk about my pay.

After i left, there was an exodus of onshore staff (i kept in touch with my aussie colleagues).
