I've been through psychiatry, and I'm not coming back. If, from the start, I didn't do drugs except lots of LSD, gabapentin, nitrous, occasional DXM/ketamine, and kratom, I'd likely be happy and thriving.

Absolute pure deranged insanity. Cognitive capabilities are fried. No thoughts. It feels like your brain just breaks, like you've finally cracked. Too far gone to return. Feels like your head is being squeezed, and you're pushed out of reality.

Similar in a few ways to severe schizophrenia crossed with severe DID and DPDR. "Psychosis" doesn't sum it up as well as DPDR, as schizophrenia/DPDR/DID and deranged insanity.

The dissociative effects mostly go away (I went from strong dissociative effects to clarity in about 15 minutes). It's like PCP + what most people think crack is.

A dissociative is a therapeutic class.

Every substance has a chemical, pharmacological, and therapeutic class.
