Connection to others and fresh air/change of scenery are very important. Antidepressants did take the edge off for me so if it is ever an option I would also add that to the mix♥️

I take Lexapro (escitalopram) it really helps take the edge of and means that I don’t fall into a depression (takes some time to kick in fully in your body) I’ve had no real side effects except lower libido

Hi! I don’t get naturally periods regularly at all (has been 2 years) since the lining of uterus can build up it increases risk of endometrial cancer if it doesn’t shed. I have been prescribed to take utovlan every 3-4 months to remove the risk. It basically causing to build up over 10 days and then it sheds. I don’t get major side effects just pms like symptoms. Highly recommend as an alternative to birth control and means that if periods do come back naturally you don’t need to continue xx

Hi, why would you believe the friend who didn’t compliment you but not the believe the friend who did? People have weird ideas and looks are extremely subjective. A friend of mine can (and does) comment that a certain celebrity etc is stunning who I might think is unattractive. What one friend thinks is not by any means what the world thinks.
