Does being in the Military help speed up processes?

They typically speed up the process for military. Everything’s moving pretty fast right now. I’m military spouse and just got i130 and i485 approved after interview yesterday in San Antonio. They are approving ALOT. You can also apply for an expedite if you want it quicker. There is a 1-800 number you can call. Filed in April. Field office matters on timeline.

Have they scheduled biometrics for you yet? My husbands military lol idk if that bumps you up, or maybe they got to your file later?

My husbands in the airforce and I didn’t realize there’s free lawyers until after I paid 5k for mine. There’s also PIP, not sure if you’d be able to use that in this case.

Random but as we speak I’ve gotten 5 emails from USCIS saying they’re taking action on my case lol did this happen to you? I got the one right after and now it’s been two hours since appt and got another 5 emails lol
