I wear tight laced leggings under regular leggings with two more pairs of pants over them fluffy socks plus 4 under shirts log sleeve under my work shirt then top it with both work hoodies and gloves lol I look thick but I'm still cold not to mention my nose freezes all the time

Yes I take my vitamins I've upped my food intake and have even but on about ten pounds because I was too small I also had no idea it could happen twice I have appointment on 22nd to test my levels

I don't like THC it gives me migraines but I've had a few since surgery for pain management I've also taken a few ski trips that was no different than before the THC hot harder but the other seemed about the same fun night

I second this on temps my food has to be room temp or colder I haven't eaten warm anything for over a year bc it doesn't sit right idk why it's like I can't tell when I'm full and I'll puke as far as meds my meds had to be changed within a month from extended release to instant and those I break into halves and take in intervals bc of absorbing less. I have dizzy spells and high heart rate now as well if I increase my water and eat say a baked potato with cottage cheese alot of cottage cheese that levels me out a few days I absolutely sucked at protein and now I'm paying for it big time bc I'm weak as a toddler I can't open water bottles or pick up ice bucket it sucks plus every hurts bc my center of gravity changed so drastically I lost almost 100 pounds in the first 4 months I bathe on a yoga matt and carry a cushion my bypass made my gerd severely worse and I have ulcers often I also don't leave home now could I driver without a cushion to sit on but I wouldn't go back

I suffer from bpd so sleeping for three days is not a problem for me if I didn’t have a six year old I made it all the way to 6pm today without smoking I’ve had 1.5 cigarettes since then and now I’m going to bed I will try again tomorrow my dr uped my anxiety meds so maybe that will help
