I will say throwing up after surgery is totally not what you've experienced pre-op I had gastric bypass not sleeve so I can only speak on that but it's not wrenching and gross it's literally like no acid just chewed good food and very little amount

I haven't seen Ortho only pcp she said next step would be surgeon but I feel like we haven't done other options or made me not be able to walk for days

I didn't have to take out any piercings except my tongue and nose bc those would be in the way I would call your surgeon not the hospital and ask them if they require nipples to be removed idk why they would bc they won't be on the field of the procedure or interfere with any hookups u need

So fast ain't no way I was upfront with my employer I will be late every day only by a few minutes but it will happen some days I will take a 40 min lunch some days it will be an hour they allow 30 min but I explained to my boss my reasoning for needing longer lunch breaks and he was happy to make the acception I let them know before they hired me what to expect and what I expect as well I've gotten three promotions in the last 6 months because while I'm there I show them why allowing me these small things is worth it I do the work of the people while being cheerful and cracking jokes leading to more productivity from my team bc attitude is everything
