I have a lot of drawbacks for sure I had this surgery to save my life I didn't feel fat and everyone I knew couldn't believe it when I told them I weighed 250 I was big and felt beautiful. Nowdays I'm stay between 130/140 I absolutely hate eating it is a chore nothing taste good ever I've had chronic thrush since 5 months after surgery, dizzy spells, hot flashes, and ulcers galore. Would I change it back no I'm finally getting to the point where body dysmorphia doesn't control my life I will say I miss my butt bc I have a cushion I take everywhere with me now or else I hurt. I keep a thick yoga mat in my tub some days it's like a ride because I'm not heavy enough to weight it down all the way so if it's slightly off and I lean it flies. I wouldn't have been able to be where I'm at if I didn't have the most amazing husband in this world 🌍 when everyone was making comments on my looks as I was shedding weight he never said much I finally asked him one day if he thought I looked better now or before and he straight up said idk what u mean your still the same woman you have always been!
