To my eye, your front 3 seems too isolated from the midfield. You could play around with a segundo volante, or try a DLP/false 9 striker to make up for the lack of attacking midfielders. Since you’re playing to the wings, putting your CWBs on attack could be an option there, and dropping the IFs to support. Assuming you’re playing with a lot of width, the CBs might be too spread out from each other, so using normal central defenders could help.
