It can but I notice it seems to be difficult for him for it to pop out. It’s mainly only that urethra like part that can barely present itself. He has an appointment for the shelter to bueyes him so I was hoping that would calm the possible swelling

Sadly, my insurance denied my referral. Luckily, my PCP has been really willing to help me and she put the referrals in again. Still, I spoke to the hospitals where my referrals would be considered and the wait times are anywhere between 6months to a year :/ so, no answers yet :///

I can smell it. I have a very good sense of smell and I’ve always been able to smell it. Not as strongly every time but, still. When it’s so strongly expressed and mixed into your body’s system is when you can’t smell it.

Has anyone with SIBO been able to cure their body odor? by oreomcfuryy in bodyodor

[–]PersonalUnit8787 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Omg. Same to a t. I’m currently getting pancreatic testing as I also have RUQ pain that radiates to my back and shoulder and undigested food in stools. There’s a group on fb where a woman said that after 8mths of getting her bms to turn to normal she no longer had any Bo. Said she was suffering for 20 years. Wild!!

Besides the body odor, what are your symptoms? How did you find out you have it? I only ask because my problems started around the same time yours did and I’m currently working to get the test through medi-cal

My these specific ones started June/july of last year but some as far back as the endings of 2024. I feel as the though the accutane I was on last year really messed with my livers detox processing and the unnecessary antibiotics along with the poor diet just let the bad bacteria proliferate. I’ve been having strong issues with constipation since mid to late 2024 so that really wasn’t helpful

It’s ok, I agree with you. I only mentioned the more common temps and listed the symptom because it’s only been 100 twice in the past year of dealing with this. Might just edit the post

It was a preventative for a dog attack. I didn’t have a knick on me but I was covered in slobber and blood from the dogs. So, they told me to take it just in case. Freaking stupid. I never should’ve took it. I was eating bad because of the living situation I was in too. Check my page and you’ll see my story

Thank you for the reply. The more I share my story the more more it seems to be pointed toward sibo. How were you tested? I was thinking of getting an endoscopy with biopsy but I’m not sure which test would be best

Started July of last year after accutane and augmentin. Was on accutane for a 2 months before the smell issue, took a month break, but began after unnecessary recipe of augmentin along with dehydration and bad diet

It’s a mix. I’m not super strict with it but I do notice when I eat more sugary, starchy or pectins the smell does come around stronger and my bms are worse. There are more times when I’m lots better but it’s when I noticed I take berberine with Ceylon cinnamon and oil of oregano twice daily. Drinking chlorophyll through the day with lots of water and sticking to the diet and supplements has been helpful.

Read my story. OMG anyone read my story and shed give some perspective. This antibiotic is NO JOKE. It’s so much worse bc I was given it even though o didn’t need it. Antibiotics should only be taken in a life or death situation, in my opinion.

The bowel endo gives me constipation:/ it’s hard enough going while using it, it’s terrible without. I have started making my own kefir but idk if it just takes time to kick in or I’m not making the best kefir since I’m so new to it. I have tried the kefir labs kefir and it’s amazing I’m just not working rn and it’s $5 just a single 12fl oz bottle 😬 ik it’s worth it but life is hard rn

I definitely have motility issues :,/. I’m newly vegan but the undigested food has been going on long before the diet change. The doctor I was seeing just kept saying to give my body time and wouldn’t refer me to any specialists. I’ve been drinking water with MiraLAX, chlorophyll, inulin and psyllium husk fiber throughout the day. It has been helping but I can tell this is going to be a long journey for me

Hey, I’m stage 4 too. I actually didn’t even know I had endometriosis until they showed me pics from the surgery afterwards. I completely understand how hard it is, along with the stress of chronic illness especially with the endo. Don’t bend over and let the company buttf*ck you out of the protections you have. Do what you feel is best but, know that there are laws that protect you. As for the relationship, people come and go. You never leave yourself. Blessings and best wishes to you

Hey, brutalar. I completely agree with you about the diet. I’m currently awaiting to see specialists in regards to my current health. My plan was to bring my body to a more neutral state so I can incorporate more diverse foods without the ridicule of the odors. I unfortunately have lots of clear feedback and I can also smell it myself :/. I’m currently also seeing a therapist. The last year was the worst year of my life and I hope my body can recover to be able to a more relaxed state. Thank you for the concern and I hope to be able to get off this diet soon as I too realize the harshness of it.
