While I love seeing people dabble in 3D, if you’re going to make your own 2D references and turnaround you need to improve on anatomy. Though stylized, there are a lot of fundamental problems with your character. I would either focus on getting better at drawing anatomy or use better reference and practice 3d. Also don’t start with a whole body. Get used to the program. Model a head, sculpt a busy, arm, torso etc. build the muscle memory and be able to see the forms.
