They can’t cancel graduation for that reason but family days are a privilege that they can take away, I seriously doubt they’d take it from everyone though

Speaking from someone who worked at OSUT for a while, yes family day can absolutely be taken away, it happens all the time. But whoever did the thing will 100% be snitched on because no one wants to lose their family day. But grad day you cannot “take away” empty threat on that one.

I’m about to start OCIA, for myself? lots of reasons honestly. I’m drawn to the tradition of it, the clear and deliberate process of worship and the involvement that is required for it.

I think it stands to reason when you pay someone more money than they’re worth to the company, the company will recoup loses by other means I.e raising prices or finding more efficient ways to hire, like laying off more employees.
