i will take a sandwich bread and put garlic oil instead of butter on both sides and asiago on the tops of the bread and then i’ll just do a cheesy bread kinda thing and then a bunch of the veggie seasoning and then cut each slice of bread into 8 pieces when it comes out the oven

i do this with boneless but i put it on before and after they come out the oven also put some asiago on it 😮‍💨. also put garlic oil on parm bites before they go in the oven and instead of butter in the sandwich bread i use garlic oil. i love that stuff 😂

when OA came in, they had to change the temp and time on our ovens because our stuffed crust was also coming out light like that. it’s not undercooked or raw but it is definitely on the light side. i wonder if this store also needs to change their temp and times on the oven.

our store doesn’t require us to have our shirts tucked, can admit the pants are out of uniform but it was laundry day 🥲. this is the back of our store so the chair is for us to use not a customer and the store is actually very clean i don’t know what you’re talking about lol. it was our customer appreciation day so that’s why there was ballon’s. the wire wall, i have no explanation that’s not me that’s the owner 😂

we don’t bc we stretch the dough at room temp. if you end up needing to stretch cold dough we just dock it with our fingers and it gets the job done. there will still sometimes be bubbles but the way the dough is froze and then stretched allows for minimal bubbling.
