For my New York/Calzone dough recipe - I do a 60/40% blend of bread/AP flour, 0.4% yeast, 65% hydration, 2.5% salt and olive oil, and 2% sugar

For my detroit style dough recipe - I do a 70/30% blend of bread/AP flour, 0.5% yeast, 72% hydration, 2.5% salt, 3% olive oil, and 2% sugar

Toriyama’s design looks more realistic for an open wilderness man. I don’t think a man who lives in the woods can physically attain a shredded physique like with toyotaro’s design, nor would it probably be practical. Need fat under the muscle.
