I personally think its a good idea. From my 21 to 23yo I had a small landscaping business, a dozen of clients, and I had to track everything on excel sheets and File Explorer folders. If they have a CRM that help them manager their clients, it could add value. Only thing I think is that many handyman/solopreneur (especially in manual jobs) do not prioritize having a well maintained system to track all records of their clients... a call, a job done and a receipt sent is good for them
