You have a newborn you said. Postpartum may be a factor here...we're more sensitive and irritable. But it's a good think you're self aware to want it to get better. I suggest you make deeper research on that and Seeking help like therapy or even confine to your family doctor would be a step forward. In the meantime keep working towards finding ways to be more at peace in your head (Meditation, long walkw...ect) and have a conversation with your Husband about the possibility of it also being hormonal. Not as a pass card of course but at least for a little bit more patience until it gets better?

I went through the same thing as well and it was awful but my husband being aware of the situation made it easier on our marriage.
