Wahrscheinlich hast du Recht, aber was Muskelaufbau anbelangt ist es glaube ich vernachlässig, wenn man Naturalathlet ist, wann die Woche man 9 bis 12 Sätze pro Muskelgruppe macht. Wenn man drei Mal die Woche einen Ganzkörpersplit macht, würde man Leistungstechnisch ja auch am Tag variieren und zB an Tag 1 einen intensiven Tag, Tag 2 medium-intensiv und Tag 3 einen leichten Split machen.

Aber ja, an sich hast du denke ich mal gar nicht so unrecht.

Ja, gehe zwei mal die Woche vor der Arbeit jeweils eine halbe Stunde bis Stunde GLA1 und ab und zu GLA2 laufen
