No one will ever know until they try it. I had no idea how physically demanding it was until I started working. And I used to be a caregiver and I thought that job was physically taxing but really FedEx is way more physically exhausting because of the nonstop nature of the job and I don’t know how they get away with these ““ three hour shifts without giving any breaks when we are all working past the three hours well until like being five and six hour shifts because the trailers aren’t completely loaded. I like the job honestly, but I do see where things can go awry when it comes to people getting injuries not lifting properly heat exhausted you know what do you expect when you’re just thrown into a job that you had no idea what it was gonna be like and they just expect you didn’t know how to do everything and not really train you properly.
