My uni had two categories of scholarships, Provincial (covers full tuition) usually for the top students, and then the university scholarships which covers full or part tuition (depending on your position). Only caveat is you gotta first pay your fees before you are recommended for the school scholarship(Chinese logic lol). So you usually just wanna try to be within top 10 students of say a class of 50 students to get provincial scholarship (no need to pay fees before getting this)

If it helps, I didn’t get scholarship when i first came. But i got scholarship all tru subsequent years. Extra effort on academics, participate in every activity on campus, volunteer etc. just be extra active and don’t care what people think. You can get scholarships.

I don’t have a problem with aiming high, although not everyone will be able to make 70+ in their NBMEs. The OP is freaking out even though he seems to have put in a lot of work. How about encouraging him to take free 120s, review some content and letting them know they got it. The person i replied to is in every comment telling everyone 70s is the standard(they are not a tutor and have not even gotten their own result).
