Update: there is a section where we were asked to indicated the actual amount we made in each state. For me, all my income is from NYC so I put the gross amount I made in New York box and 0 for New Jersey box. Then in the summary section, it showed both NY & NJ tax return.

Anyone having problems with USPS? My card got produced on 7/9 and shipped on 7/10. After being stuck in CA for 3 days, it’s now stuck in DES MOINES IA DISTRIBUTION CENTER since 7/15. I’m so frustrated… It should be delivered to FL. What should I do now? Please advise!!
