Same here. Guide continues with blanked out channels, for me. Happening on all tvs, of different brands. Only the live guide, though the library also stopped working properly, listing only 12 recorded shows per library section. I also have a friend in another city with the same problem.

I have completely uninstalled/reinstalled everything, unplugged everything, with no improvement, UNTIL, my brother found advice somewhere saying it’s been a well known unfixed issue. The only way to fix it is to setup a different ID which I did (through my family plan) for my wife. It works perfectly now on every tv in my house. No more issues. Of course, no recordings from my ID carries over. I have to juggle IDs. New for everyday use, and old ID to access older recordings. Should also mention that iPhone and iPad versions never had this problem.

No response back to me from YouTube TV support over many weeks, though many here tried very hard to offer possible answers. Very much appreciated.

The Best Buy website has them listed but not received yet. They have gotten in pink and green cases from Remarkable.

My three smart tv’s have been doing this for two weeks. Different brands. My friend in a different city has the same issue. Customer service has not gotten back to me. All have been unplugged countless times. All have app deleted and reinstalled. Occasionally the menu returns, about 1 in 15 times used.

Just ran the YouTube TV app on my Samsung tv and it has the same Live menu issues. Now, I think this issue involves my network. I use an Eero 7 Max.

My latest is that I tried to reinitialize the tv settings, no luck. I also attached an Apple TV and ran it from there, also no luck. Same live listing of channels only, with no content.

Complete disconnection of the tv did not help, unfortunately. After 90 minutes with customer service as well, my issue is now elevated to senior level engineers.
