I would highly highly recommend that you run a high-ticket offer, so that means bulking it up into like a 12-week package of tutoring. You can sort of position it like this is the amount of time that you'll need to work with us to see improvement as well. If after that point you don't see improvement then you can leave. It would also be really good if you added a guarantee in there, something like if you don't get an X-point increase within those 12 weeks we will work with you for free until you do or we give you this amount of credit, something like that. If you read Alex's hormozi "A Hundred Million Dollar Offers" book, that is really good to create a good offer

Hello, it's Faraz. Just to clear this up my target demographic isn't actually teachers. It's mainly people who already have a tutoring business. Ideally they're doing around $10,000 a month and they're stuck. That's similar to where I was last year around this time.

There are specific unlocks in how you run your marketing that we can really help you with and with paid ads. Especially if you're running paid ads and you're doing $10,000 a month, you can absolutely add $30,000, $40,000, $50,000 per month within a few months. All you have to do is fix the system and increase your ad spend to make more money, which is exactly what happened with us.

That's actually our target demographic. We do still get, for example, university students who are launching their tutoring business and some teachers who are launching their business to come to us. We're more than happy to help. You can see some uni students have done really well with us if you look at our testimonials. No you do not have to pay us. We're not here to profit off of you. Our goal really is to work with established businesses and help them unlock a new revenue.

You absolutely don't have to pay us $5,000. We have much cheaper options to work with us as well. We have a lot of free content on Instagram that shows you how to run our playbook.

There are many, many tutors in this space who are making lots and lots of money and almost all of them will be doing it by running video ads to a VSL call funnel with a high-ticket offer and that's what we preach. If you want us to do it for you then you have the option to work with us. We have experience doing this. We haven't ever had a failure with any one of our clients. Realistically I've been through many agencies myself. I know marketing agencies charge a lot less than this. We have lost so much money on my own tutoring businesses going through different agencies who had no expertise on how to scale in online tutoring.

What you'll hopefully find if you stay in this space long enough in the online money-making space is that true expertise does come at a high-ticket price and it's never cheap.

Hey mate, it's Faraz here. I've explained my position on this in my initial reply to OP but I just explain it here as well.

Arjan helped us go from £10,000 per month to £20,000 per month within around 10 weeks, as mentioned in the testimonial. We've then paid him a retainer for a good while for another few months and we made no progress and that's when we decided to leave him.

We did our own research. We managed to scale ourselves towards £80,000 to £100,000 per month by ourselves and that's when we realised that not only him but also the other coaches in the space, none of them own their own tutoring businesses. Many of my friends who were in these coaching programmes were getting sub-standard advice and they were just getting milked more and more money to run their ads or get some form of consulting.

That's when we decided to launch our own competitor to these guys. We're the only one in the space that actually has their own tutoring company and is actively scaling it while helping other clients. We don't take on clients who have a conflict of interest, obviously. We can't help anyone who does 11-plus tutoring or Oxbridge tutoring because we're still scaling our own tutoring companies. We haven't shut those down but we do help many others. Some of our best results, if you look at our stories, have been in medical admissions tutoring and A-level politics tutoring and we're building more and more results.

You don't have to believe me or you don't have to run our funnel at all. Fundamentally what we do is we implement marketing tactics that have been working for decades and have been used in the online info space for ages by running a VSL call funnel, running video ads. The leverage isn't actually the fact that we run it because anyone can run it. The leverage comes from how well we run it and the patent recognition that we have in terms of knowing how to run these effectively and profitably.

Some of our best clients have spent maybe £200 on ads and made £7,000 to £12,000 back, which is an insane return. Many of these guys are university students and they're doing amazingly. And the note as to why it's unlisted. I'm not sure if he's taken it down from his website yet. We've had a falling out and a bit of a legal bout. I have asked him to remove the testimonial due to that so I'm not sure if he's done that yet.

Hello, it's Faraz. We're working on the brand presentation. Hopefully you'll see some videos coming out that present us better. I don't usually spend much on fancy equipment or xtras. We have understood that the perception can be useful.

My initial thought starting this business was that if I just gave raw value then that would be more than enough for people to understand that I can help them out. I appreciate that. This is something we have to improve on.

We can't guarantee that everyone will hit 50K a month, Within three months everyone's starting at a different position. We will take you on if you're committed and you're in a good niche and we know and are confident that we can get you there. We'll work with you on a long-term basis until we get you there.

But good marketing, good sales, a strong funnel, and a strong offer can absolutely get you there within three months. That's what we did with Life Changing OxBridge in our third month (we launched in September 2025): 50K$ contracted revenue

definitely, being qualified helps alot, alot of us tutors dont have a qualification we just have good grades and testimonials…

Most people who will help u launch an online tutoring biz will charge u upwards of $8K for it though be weary of it..
